Danube International School Vienna is a private international school in the 2nd district of Vienna. We are proud to prepare our students to be citizens of a global world by dedicating ourselves to the development of the overall child, both as individuals and as part of the community.

A key component of this program is our sponsorship of daily meals at two schools in rural Kenya. Each year our students raise funds to support these programs in the schools of Waluka and Miwani in western Kenya. This enables over 1000 underprivileged children to have at least one nutritious meal a day. In addition, we offer scholarships to three Kenyan students to enable them to continue their education at a high school and university. A donation of € 350 enables a Kenyan student to attend school for a whole year. € 450 is the tuition fee for a year at a university.

Our school community can use this site to make tax-deductible donations directly to Make Me Smile Kenya and at the same time contribute to the donation goals of DISV.
