They are the most important people in our Organization; they work within the life space of children and communities, they ensure that all the children report to school, progress and transition to next levels, they follow up on health and care cases, they do house economic strengthening, they monitor the hygiene of the children, they face rough times, both physical and emotional, and finaly they need care, encouragement and Motivation.
